About me
I'm a husband, father, and Starting Strength coach. I've been training for a decade and in that time I've gained 40kg of muscular bodyweight, and more than doubled my strength across the board. I've also taken that strength to competition, competing in amateur powerlifting, strongman, and Olympic weightlifting meets. I've learned from my own experiences and from some of the best coaches in the world and know exactly how to make you the strongest version of yourself.

In person
This is my dedicated 1-1 coaching service. You’ll have three 1 hour training sessions every week in a regular time slot overseen by me. I’ll be right there with you on the platform offering comments, cues, and encouragement in real time. This is the gold standard in terms of coaching quality.
Online
This is my most popular coaching service. You record your workouts and upload them into a training app. I then provide you with detailed video feedback, breaking down your technique and providing you with the corrections and cues you need to progress in your next session. This option is the more flexible and affordable of the two, allowing you to train anywhere, any time, at a fraction of the cost
Ts&Cs
I appreciate that hard strength training isn’t something that most people have ever done and that it may not be for everyone. So, I offer the first two weeks free to anyone who wants to try
From there you just sign up to a rolling monthly payment. I know that people change and that life gets in the way sometimes, so I have no contracts, no fixed terms, and no minimum commitments
